苏倩倩，女，1994年3月生，博士，硕士研究生导师，91自拍论坛 卓越人才；毕业于中科院信息工程研究所信息安全国家重点实验室。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项。在TII、JSS、ACM IOIT、ICWS、Information Fusions等国内外知名期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文多篇，获授权发明专利2项，软著3项。获ACM青岛分会优秀博士论文、北京市优秀毕业生、山东省研究生优秀实践成果奖、网络安全国家奖学金、国家奖学金等。
